  • Student weekend passes will be checked in and available to purchase at the door with a valid high school or college student ID. If you purchase a student pass online, you must have a valid student ID with you at check in or you will be asked to pay for a new pass, and your student pass will not be refunded. ​

ADDITIONAL INFO​

  • MWMF recommends full vaccination against Covid-19 or negative test before attending any MWMF hosted events. No proof of vaccination or negative test is required for entry. Thank you for helping to keep our communities safe!

  • Mid West Music Fest is a rain or shine event.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only available if the festival is forced to cancel.

  • Entry policies are subject to change.

  • Performer lineups are subject to change without notice.

  • Not all venues are all ages, No Name Bar is strictly 21+

  • Mid West Music Fest is a family friendly festival. Kids 13 and under are free with a paid adult. Please note not all acts may be appropriate for children and not all venues are all ages.

Need somewhere to stay? The Plaza Hotel and Suites is offering a special discount to fest-goers this year. Call 507-453-0303 with the rate code MIDWEST to secure a room starting at $109.99/night. You must call to make a reservation, code not valid online.

If you're up for camping, visit Prarie Island Campground to stay out near the water, visit www.prairieislandcampground.com to book. Prairie Island is offering a shuttle to and from Levee Park during the fest! Call 507-452-4501 to add a $15 transit pass to your reservation.

Take a look at the festival schedule to get a feel for where all the acts will be. A full digital fest guide will be available in person and online soon! There is NO app for the festival in 2024.
