We're excited to be celebrating our 15th year of Midwest Music Fest and can't wait to host another wonderful Maker's Market and provide some delicious food options all weekend! Please read through the details and terms of this event and fill out this form to best of your ability. As a reminder the Maker's Market will be open to the general public and not just festival goers. Applying does NOT guarantee acceptance. We will carefully review each submission and send a confirmation soon after filling out this form. Thanks for your time and interest in this Mid West Music Fest!

 

Vendor Requirements 

 

Artisan Vendors

  • All vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and displays. You must have your own 10x10 tent which must be secure with appropriate weights on each leg. 

  • All vendors are responsible for their own garbage disposal, there will be an on site dumpster available. 

  • We ask that you bring your own 100ft extension cord to reach the closest power source. 

  • Artisan vendors are required to stay set up until the end of the event, operating hours will be 10am-6pm. 

  • Artisan Vendor Booths are $50 to reserve, we ask you pay this at the time of acceptance. We will email you an invoice for your convenience. This fee includes two Saturday passes to the festival. 

  • The Maker's Market will be from 10am-6pm on Saturday, May 11th

  • All vendors must follow guidelines and rules for general attendees provided on the Mid West Music Fest website

  • All Artisan Vendors must submit a ST-19 Form. A blank form is available at https://bit.ly/3gX9g5Q — Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this form. If you are unable to submit within this form, please email rebecca@midwestmusicfest.org

 

Food Booths/Trucks

  • Food trucks must submit their dimensions and electrical components below. 

  • Each food vendor is responsible for their own grease and must take it with them. Grease containers and ice storage units will not be provided. 

  • Each food vendor utilizing any cooking equipment on site is required to have a fire extinguisher on site at all times.  

  • Food Vendors must bring their own power amp cords, we will not have extensions to reach closest power sources. 

  • Food Vendor Booths/Trucks are $200 to reserve, we ask you pay this at the time of acceptance. We will email you an invoice for your convenience. This fee includes two all weekend passes to the festival.

  • Food Vendor hours are 4:00pm - 9:30pm Friday & 11:00am - 9:30pm Saturday. We ask you load in 2 hours prior on Friday. You will be assigned a location when you get accepted. 

  • All vendors must follow guidelines and rules for general attendees provided on the Mid West Music Fest website

  • All Food Vendors must submit proof of Minnesota Food Licensure. If you are unable to submit within this form, please email rebecca@midwestmusicfest.org

 

Non-Profit Booths

  • All vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and displays. You must have your own 10x10 tent which must be secure with appropriate weights on each leg. 

  • All vendors are responsible for their own garbage disposal, there will be an on site dumpster available. 

  • We ask that you bring your own 100ft extension cord to reach the closest power source. 

  • Non-Profit Booths are required to stay set up until the end of the event, operating hours will be 10am-6pm on Saturday, May 11th.

  • We ask that Non-Profits provide a family friendly activity in exchange for their space.  Activities can vary, some examples are: bubbles and chalking, craft projects, scavenger hunts.  We know you are creative folks and encourage you to choose something that best fits your organization. Please email Rebecca with your activity so we can promote your presence. This exchange includes 2 Saturday passes to the festival. 

 

Access to Power

Access to power will only be provided if requested in advance. Personal generators must be “whisper” generators, with noise emitted at less than 70 decibels (dB). You may not play sound from your vendor booth.

 

Market Set Up and Tear Down Terms

Saturday Maker's Market set-up is 8-10am in Levee Park [58 Center St, Winona, MN 55987]. You will receive two (2) Saturday Festival passes in-person when checking in to set-up. All vendors are required to have their set-up completed by 10am. All vendors agree to remain set up until 6:00pm unless otherwise discussed ahead of time. Tear Down must be completed no later than sunset. No cars will be allowed in the vendor area, and only in designated drive-up zones. A rain location has been determined for the Maker's Market, and all vendors will receive email communication in the event of a location change.

 

Payment Terms

All artisan/community vendors will be invoiced $50.00 to the email listed in this form. Food vendors will be invoiced $200 to the email provided. Participating vendors must pay this fee via the online link provided by mail by Friday, April 12th. Any vendor who has not made this payment will be revoked and not provided festival passes.

 

Mutual Promotion Agreement

MWMF agrees to promote the event through outreach on its current outlets including the website, newsletter, and social media channels. Vendors agree to promote the event at least two times through their social media and other channels (i.e. website, newsletter, etc.). If sharing on social media, vendors must tag @mwmfest.
