Heiruspecs

Heiruspecs is a legendary live band hip-hop group out of St. Paul. Formed in 1997 the group has toured with Cake, Ja Rule, Lyrics Born, and more. They even got a record deal with an advance and a budget back when such things happened (2004). Since 2009 Heiruspecs has funded a scholarship at their alma mater, St. Paul Central High School, getting more than $22,000 into the hands of promising young artists pursuing an education.

At the end of 2022 the group released Pretty Random But Whatever Happened to the Heiruspecs, their first full-length to be available on vinyl. The release has garnered acclaim from the Star Tribune, Racket, and more. Heiruspecs also recently launched their new annual summer festival, the Heiruspecs Summer Classic.
