Bathtub cig is the intimate depression pop band of Hilary James. Born in a Minneapolis bedroom in 2017, it is an honest attempt at coping with her long struggle with mental health. Her new 2022 full length "Night Blindness" puts a positive sonic spin on lyrically-challenging songs that deal with depression, anxiety and other hard mental health issues.
