Beet Root Stew

Beet Root Stew started as a three piece core and whoever had an instrument around 2005. They played a weekly Wednesday gig at the main music venue in downtown Winona. Things grew from there with a more steady lineup of folks and played weekend gigs in the region. Over the years there have been some folks that moved on and others added, but the music has stayed the same. With the lead singer moving out of the area, shows have become fewer and farther between. However, when the band is back together, good times are had.
