We are now booking for the Winona 2024 festival! Please note that if you performed or submitted to the fest in the past, you MUST resubmit to the festival. Our last round of submissions was active from 2021-2023; if you submitted during this time or prior, please resubmit.

**Submissions must be made before February 10th, 2024 to be considered for Winona, May 10-11th, 2024**

There is a $10 fee to submit for the 2024 Winona Festival.

We receive hundreds of submissions each year, and the payment on this form ensures your submission will be reviewed and you are guaranteed to receive a status update following the deadline, be it confirmation or rejection for this year’s festival. Please note, you are not required to utilize this paid submission tool for MWMF if you are not able to at this time. You may email info@midwestmusicfest.org with your submission, but we do not guarantee a response for free submissions. This submission does not guarantee an offer to perform at Mid West Music Fest in Winona in 2024. Mid West Music Festival has the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the festival. Artist submission fees will not be refunded for any reason.
